By registering for a Tradiematepro event, the attendee/registered participant, or any representatives of the registered organisation, grants permission to Tradiematepro to record, download and use all audio, notes, chat conversations and video in all formats available. 

Permission includes the right to record the webinar, event or training session. The permission herein granted shall include the right, but not the obligation, to photograph, record, distribute and share the names or people or businesses that attend.

The registered person/s, party or business hereby gives to Tradiematepro, the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, exhibit, display, print, reproduce, and distribute, for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any means without limitation, any scenes containing the above described persons, businesses, premises, all without inspection or further consent or approval by the attendee/s or registered parties. 

PLEASE NOTE, while all due care will be made to ensure the privacy & confidentiality of any information shared where we deem it necessary and in accordance with legislative requirements, by registering for this event you are agreeing to ensure that any information you disclose in any form during the recording is acceptable for distribution.

By registering for this you hereby warrant and represent that the attendee or registered person has full right and authority to solely enter into this agreement concerning the above described and that the attendee or registered person hereby indemnifies and holds Tradiematepro, and/or its agents, harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs, damages or claims of any nature arising from, growing out of, or concerning the use of the above described content except those directly caused by the negligent acts or deliberate misconduct of Tradiematepro, or its/his/her agents.

All recordings will be stored, edited and distributed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Any dispute or complaint must be registered in accordance with the Tradiematepro Complaints Policy & Procedure and in accordance with the Competition & Consumer Act 2010.
